Baseball Recap: O'bannon Beats Leflore County for Their Fourth Straight Victory

O'Bannon came tearing into Thursday's contest with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8.3 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victors by a 16-4 margin over the Leflore County Tigers. The Greenwaves might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten matchups by nine runs or more this season.

O'Bannon's win bumped their record up to 13-4. As for Leflore County, they dropped their record down to 3-10 with the loss, which was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Coincidentally, O'Bannon and Leflore County will both be playing Charleston the next time they take the field. The Tigers will head out to face the Tigers at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, while the Greenwaves will head out to face them at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
