Volleyball Preview: Meeker Cowboys vs. Hayden Tigers
Meeker has gone 9-0 against Hayden recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. After both having extra time off, the two teams will dust off their jerseys to challenge one another at 4:00 p.m. Meeker will be strutting in after a win while Hayden will be coming in after a defeat.
Last Saturday, Meeker made easy work of Rangely and carried off a 3-0 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Cowboys.
Meeker never let Rangely on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-18, 25-22.

Hayden wouldn't go down easily and took Grand Valley into a fifth set but they suffered a heartbreaking two-point loss. The final score came out to 25-14, 20-25, 22-25, 25-23, 17-15.
Meeker pushed their record up to 5-3 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season. As for Hayden, their loss dropped their record down to 4-8.
