Basketball Recap: Permian Takes a Loss

Permian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They fell 45-34 to the Midland Legacy Rebels. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 57-47 two weeks ago.

Permian's defeat dropped their record down to 9-20. As for Midland Legacy, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 18-12.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Permian will welcome Odessa at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Midland Legacy, they will be playing at home against Midland at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
