St. Anne-Pacelli waltzed into their contest on Thursday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They came out on top against the Veterans Warhawks by a score of 2-0.

Shannon Menefee paced St. Anne-Pacelli's offense, picking up 14 kills. Menefee got some help from Anna Do and her 24 assists. Do was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

St. Anne-Pacelli's win bumped their record up to 20-2. As for Veterans, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-6.

St. Anne-Pacelli wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-1 victory against Northside on the 28th. As for Veterans, they will take on First Presbyterian Day at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
