Volleyball Recap: Spring Lake Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Spring Lake was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Zeeland West Dux. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Dux this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 back in September.

The final score came out to 25-11, 25-15, 25-15.

Abbey Rogalski paced Spring Lake's offense, picking up five kills. Rogalski got some help from Ashlynn O'Donnell and her 11 assists. Lauren Meigs controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Spring Lake's defeat dropped their record down to 7-14-2. As for Zeeland West, they moved to 4-11 with that victory, which also ended their six-match losing streak.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Spring Lake will face off against rival Unity Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Zeeland West is set to take on their familiar foe Holland at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
