Basketball Game Preview: Valor Christian Eagles vs. Legend Titans + How To Watch

The Valor Christian Eagles will head out to take on the Legend Titans at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Legend took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Valor Christian, who comes in off a win.

While Eagles fans will have to keep waiting for their team to come home, they shouldn't be too worried about the road trip considering the result of Monday's season opener. They claimed a resounding 69-40 win over Rock Canyon. The victory continues a trend for the Eagles in their matchups with the Jaguars: they've now won three in a row.

Peyton Jones had an outrageously good game as she shot 53% from the field to rack up 19 points and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Camryn Gunter, who went 5-for-12 en route to 13 points and six rebounds.

Meanwhile, Legend unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They lost to Denver East at home by a 56-41 margin on Monday.

Valor Christian couldn't quite get it done against Legend when the teams last played back in March as they fell 67-59. Can the Eagles avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
