Princeton is 0-5 against Jasper since May of 2015 but things could change  on Monday. The Tigers will face off against the Wildcats at 11:00  a.m. Princeton has given up an average of 8.8  runs per game this season, but Monday's  game will give them a chance to turn things around.
Princeton is headed in fresh off scoring the most  runs they have   all season. They walked away with  a   20-16  victory over Forest Park  on Thursday. The Tigers haven't had any issues with the Rangers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive  win against them.
 Kamryn Elliott was  incredible,  going a perfect 5-for-5 with one  home run, six  runs,  and four  RBI. What's more,  she posted two  doubles, the most she's  had since back in April.  Kassidy Whitehead also deserves some recognition as  she  hit her first  double of the season.
 Princeton  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .592. That's the best  OBP they've posted all season.
Meanwhile, Jasper beat Evansville North 7-4  on Thursday.
 Bryn Smith was a  major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound,   striking out six batters over  four innings while giving up just one earned run off   two  hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't  tossed less than five  strikeouts in four consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box,  going 2-for-4 with two  doubles and one  RBI.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Olivia Young, who  went a perfect 2-for-2 with one  home run, two  RBI,  and one  double. Another player making a difference was  Laney Werner, who  went a perfect 1-for-1 with one  stolen base, two  RBI,  and one  run.
 Princeton's record now sits at 6-15. As for Jasper, their record is now 15-10-1.
 Princeton came up short against Jasper in their previous meeting  back in March, falling  5-2. Can the Tigers avenge their  loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
