Soccer Game Preview: Chatham Hall vs. Eastern Mennonite

Chatham Hall is 0-8-1 against Eastern Mennonite since April of 2016 but things could change on Thursday. The Turtles will head out on the road to square off against the Flames at 4:30 p.m. Chatham Hall has given up an average of 4.9 goals per game this season, but Thursday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Chatham Hall's offense. They lost 7-0 to New Covenant on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Eastern Mennonite waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They put the hurt on the Chiefs with a sharp 9-1 win. Considering Eastern Mennonite have won seven matches by more than four goals this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Chatham Hall's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Eastern Mennonite, their victory bumped their record up to 9-2.

Chatham Hall suffered a grim 9-0 defeat to Eastern Mennonite in their previous meeting back in April of 2025. Can the Turtles avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
