Ellison has gone a perfect 9-0 against University recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Eagles will look to defend their home court against the Trojans at 6:30 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

On Friday, Ellison came up short against Lake Belton and fell 3-1. The Eagles have struggled against the Broncos recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, University lost 3-0 to Belton on Friday.

Ellison's defeat dropped their record down to 4-26. As for University, their loss dropped their record down to 8-18.

Ellison was able to grind out a solid win over University in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, winning 3-1. Will the Eagles repeat their success, or do the Trojans have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
