Canyon Hills and La Jolla are an even 4-4 against one another since February of 2015, but likely not for long. The Canyon Hills Rattlers will be playing in front of their home fans against the La Jolla Vikings at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Canyon Hills is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.2 goals per game this season.

Canyon Hills is headed into the game having not lost since December 12 and will look to keep things rolling. They came out on top against El Cajon Valley by a score of 3-1 on Tuesday. The Rattlers better thank their lucky stars for the performance of Abdullah Amin, as he scored every single goal for his team.

La Jolla fell on hard times earlier this season, but after back-to-back wins it seems like their luck might finally be changing. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over San Diego Jewish Academy on Tuesday. Three seems to be a good number for the Vikings as the squad scooped up a win with the same number of goals in their previous game.

Canyon Hills has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 14 of their last 16 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 18-3 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 56 goals over those 16 contests. As for La Jolla, their victory bumped their record up to 5-6.

Canyon Hills was able to grind out a solid win over La Jolla when the teams last played back in January of 2024, winning 3-1. Does Canyon Hills have another victory up their sleeve, or will La Jolla turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
