Soccer Recap: Christian Academy Comes Up Short

If Christian Academy was riding high fresh off their 5-1 takedown of Conway last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Christian Academy Saints fell just short of the Socastee Braves by a score of 3-2 on Friday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Braves this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 5-4 last Friday.

Christian Academy now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Socastee, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Coincidentally, Christian Academy and Socastee will both be playing Carolina Forest the next time they take the pitch. Socastee will head out to face Carolina Forest at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while Christian Academy will host them at 5:00 p.m. on May 1st.
