Volleyball Recap: Palatine Comes Up Short

Palatine lost against Barrington back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Pirates fell 2-0 to the Fillies/Broncos. The Pirates have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

While Palatine was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-22.

Palatine's loss dropped their record down to 26-7. As for Barrington, their victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 23-12.

Coming up, Palatine will venture away from home to take on Elk Grove at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Barrington does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
