Basketball Recap: Pisgah Dragons vs. Raleigh Lions
Pisgah was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 22nd straight defeat. They were six points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 50-44 heartbreaker at the hands of the Raleigh Lions. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Dragons this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 54-38 on January 7th.

Loss or not, Pisgah got some senior leadership from Braxton Lindsey and Warner Young. Lindsey posted 13 points and seven rebounds, while Young went 5 of 11 en route to 14 points and six boards. The dominant performance gave Young a new career-high in points.
Pisgah's defeat dropped their record down to 1-23. As for Raleigh, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-14.
