Football Game Preview: Klein Forest Eagles vs. Magnolia Bulldogs + How To Watch

The Klein Forest Eagles will head out on the road to square off against the Magnolia Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Klein Forest has given up an average of 38.3 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Klein Forest took a loss when they played away from home two weeks ago, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Thursday. They managed a 67-61 victory over Tomball Memorial. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Eagles considering their 12-point performance the contest before.

Klein Forest's success was spearheaded by the efforts of James Robinson, who threw for 361 yards and three touchdowns while completing 71.4% of his passes, and Dejaune Etheridge, who gained 313 total yards. With that strong performance, Etheridge is now averaging an impressive 105.8 rushing yards per game. A healthy portion of Robinson's aerial production (127 yards to be exact) went to Kevin Davis.

Meanwhile, Magnolia put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against Klein Cain by a score of 31-24.

Klein Forest's win was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 2-4. As for Magnolia, their victory bumped their record up to 5-0.

Klein Forest was taken down by Magnolia 45-14 in their previous meeting back in October of 2024. Can the Eagles avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
