Volleyball Preview: Olney Trojans vs. Kensington KENSINGTON TIGER
Olney has enjoyed a three-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. They will face off against the Kensington KENSINGTON TIGER at 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Olney will be strutting in after a win while Kensington will be coming in after a loss.
Last Monday, Olney beat Tacony Academy Charter 3-1.
The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 21-25, 25-14, 25-17.
Yorianny Velasquez and Wilvianys Garriga were among the main playmakers for Olney as the former had 15 aces, three digs, and three digs and the latter had 13 aces. The team also got some help courtesy of Joselyn Rodriguez-Almendra, who had four aces, two kills, and two kills.
