Sullivan came tearing into Thursday's match with 12 straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 37.8 points), and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Warrensburg-Latham Cardinals 58-27. The Redskins have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 17 contests by 20 points or more this season.

Sullivan's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Aerlyn Thrasher led the charge by putting up 11 points and three steals. Thrasher is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in each of the last three games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Addison Minor, who went 6-for-11 to rack up 12 points and seven boards.

Sullivan pushed their record up to 27-3 with the victory, which was their 12th straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 24.1 points over those games. As for Warrensburg-Latham, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-17 record this season.

Sullivan wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 53-26 win against Tolono Unity on the 17th. As for Warrensburg-Latham, they have also already played their next contest, a 43-39 victory against Westville on the 15th.
