            The Pickens Blue Flame will challenge the Greenville H Hurricanes at 6:30  p.m.  on Monday. Pickens has given up an average of 8.5  runs per game this season, but Monday's  game will give them a chance to turn things around.
Pickens came up short against  Liberty on Saturday, falling  16-5.
  Griffin Duncan made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and  went 2-for-4 with one  home run and two  RBI.  Matthew Cantrell was another key player,  scoring a  run while going 2-for-3.
Meanwhile, Greenville H entered their tilt with Greater Gwinnett Christian on Saturday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four.  On the hitting side, Greenville H let  Richard Jacobs III and  JJ Nixon run wild. Jacobs III  scored a  run while going 3-for-4, while  Nixon  scored two  runs while going 2-for-4. That's the most  hits  Nixon has posted since back in March. The team also got some help courtesy of  Owen Giles, who  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 2-for-4.
 Greenville H  hit smart and  finished the game with only one  strikeout. They are  a perfect 4-0 when  they post two or more  strikeouts.
 Greenville H's victory bumped their record up to 10-8. As for Pickens, they have  been struggling recently as they've  lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-12 record  this season.
 Pickens was able to grind out a solid  win over Greenville H in their previous matchup  back in March, winning  5-1. Will the Blue Flame repeat their success,  or do  the Hurricanes have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
