After a string of three wins, Macks Creek's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They came up short against the Dadeville Bearcats, falling 70-48. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Pirates this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 58-31 last Tuesday.

Dadeville was led to victory by Chayse Coose and Briar Clift. Coose went 8 for 13 on his way to 20 points in addition to seven rebounds and four steals, while Clift went 7 for 12 on his way to 18 points and six rebounds. The game was Coose's third in a row with at least ten points. Aiden Mcgill was another key player, putting up ten points and seven assists.

Macks Creek now has a losing record at 3-4. As for Dadeville, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Macks Creek will welcome Iberia at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Dadeville, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Fair Play at 5:30 p.m.
