After losing to Sebring the last time they met, Lakeland decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Lakeland Dreadnaughts secured a 64-59 W over the Sebring Blue Streaks on Tuesday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Dreadnaughts.

When it comes to explaining why Sebring lost, don't look at David Allen. Despite the final result, he went 6 for 8 from beyond the arc on his way to 27 points. The dominant performance gave Allen a new career-high in points. Aiden Toney was another key player, putting up nine points and six rebounds.

Lakeland is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 7-5 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.6 points per game. As for Sebring, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost eight of their last ten contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-9 record this season.

Lakeland will head out to square off against Lake Region at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. Lakeland is facing Lake Region at the right time seeing as Lake Region is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Sebring, they will host Discovery at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Discovery knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past eight games -- so hopefully Sebring likes a good challenge.
