Recap: Angleton Christian Warriors vs. Bay City Blackcats
The Angleton Christian Warriors's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their fourth straight loss. They fell 49-36 to Bay City. Angleton Christian lost against Bay City in their previous head to head back in December of 2022, too, but the margin this time around was much wider than the 59-36 score last time.
Bay City found their leader in underclassman Adrian Molina, who scored 26 points. Molina set a new season high mark in points with 26. The team also got some help courtesy of Javius Andrews, who scored eight points along with four steals.
Angleton Christian has fallen quite a ways from their 30-8 record last season and are now at 1-5. As for Bay City, their win bumped their record up to 3-5.
Angleton Christian will be home for the holidays to greet The Connection School of Houston at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Bay City is on the road again on Saturday and play against Industrial at 1:15 p.m. on December 9th.
