Volleyball Recap: Chesapeake Science Point Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Chesapeake Science Point lost against Northeast back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Chesapeake Science Point lost 3-0 to Northeast. Chesapeake Science Point has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Chesapeake Science Point was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Northeast work for it, especially in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 29-27, 25-18, 25-21.

Anna Wishard paced Chesapeake Science Point's offense, picking up 14 kills. Wishard got some help from Lianna Torres and her 11 assists. Cassidy Benton controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

Chesapeake Science Point's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Northeast, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-3.

Looking ahead, Chesapeake Science Point will be playing in front of their home fans against Meade at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Northeast, they are taking a road trip to square off against Severn Run at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
