Volleyball Game Preview: Frederick Golden Eagles vs. Longmont Trojans + Official Tickets

The Frederick Golden Eagles are taking a road trip to challenge the Longmont Trojans at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Frederick took a loss when they played away from home on Tuesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Thursday. They came out on top against Monarch by a score of 3-1. The win continues a trend for the Golden Eagles in their matchups with the Coyotes: they've now won four in a row.

Meanwhile, Longmont was able to grind out a solid victory over Skyline on Saturday, taking the game 3-1.

Longmont was especially dominant in the second set. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-14, 22-25, 25-17.

Frederick's record now sits at 11-9. As for Longmont, their record is now 7-8.

Frederick took their win against Longmont in their previous meeting back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Golden Eagles since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
