Volleyball Recap: Canon-McMillan Gets the Win

Canon-McMillan won the last time they faced State College and things went their way on Saturday too. The Big Macs came out on top against the Little Lions by a score of 2-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Big Macs.

Canon-McMillan never let State College on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 27-25, 25-21.

Natalie Carr paced Canon-McMillan's offense, picking up 15 kills. Carr got some help from Carsen Brown and her 16 assists.

Canon-McMillan's victory bumped their record up to 11-6. As for State College, their loss ended a six-match streak of away wins and brought them to 13-2.

Canon-McMillan has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against North Catholic on the 18th. As for State College, they will challenge Trinity at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
