While losing is never fun, the Knights can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Colorado basketball rankings (they are ranked 141st, while the Raptors are ranked 32nd).

Fairview's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Lucy Michaels, who posted nine points. Another player making a difference was Violet Murra, who put up six points.
