Volleyball Recap: Bryan Dasilva's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Archbishop Ryan over Lansdale Catholic

Archbishop Ryan lost against Lansdale Catholic back in April, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Raiders and Ragdolls lost 3-0 to the Crusaders. The Raiders and Ragdolls have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The final score came out to 25-19, 25-9, 25-21.

Several Raiders and Ragdolls players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Bryan DaSilva, who had 19 assists and three blocks. DaSilva is on a roll when it comes to blocks, as he's now had three or more in each of the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Aahan Jariwala, who had 17 digs.

Archbishop Ryan's loss dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Lansdale Catholic, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 11 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record this season.

As of now, neither Archbishop Ryan nor Lansdale Catholic have any future games scheduled.
