Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Stone Bridge). They took their game on Friday with ease, bagging a 69-34 victory over Independence. The win continues a trend for the Bulldogs in their matchups with Independence: they've now won nine in a row.

When it comes to explaining why Independence lost, don't look at Brianna Thweatt. Despite the final result, she posted seven points and six steals. Those six steals gave Thweatt a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Lily Grof-Tisza, who had four points and eight boards.

Stone Bridge's victory bumped their record up to 5-10. As for Independence, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 11 of their last 14 contests, which has put a noticeable dent in their 5-15 record this season.
