A.L. Brown won the last time they faced Concord and things went their way on Monday too. The Wonders had just enough and edged out the Spiders 6-5.

Kennedy Yow was incredible, going 1-for-3 with one home run, one stolen base, and two RBI. Isabella Butler also deserves some recognition as she hit her first triple of the season.

A.L. Brown is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-4-1 record this season. As for Concord, they dropped their record down to 8-9 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home.

Looking ahead, A.L. Brown will take on Mooresville at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Concord, they will head out to take on Robinson at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Spiders are facing the Bulldogs at the right time seeing as the Bulldogs are stuck on an 11-game losing streak.
