Baseball Recap: Albany Academy for Boys Cadets vs. Plattsburgh Hornets

Albany Academy for Boys extended their postseason success on Thursday against Plattsburgh. They had just enough and edged the Plattsburgh Hornets out 3-1. Winning may never get old, but Albany Academy for Boys sure is getting used to it with their fifth in a row.

Scott Hanson spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered only one earned run on four hits and racked up six Ks. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive pitching appearances.
