The Lewis Lancers had to kick off their season on the road on Tuesday, but they showed no ill effects. They came out on top against Wakefield by a score of 3-1. Ermias Yoseph had the honor of scoring the game-winner for Lewis.
Lewis will be playing in front of their home fans against Lake Braddock at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Wakefield, they will head out on the road to challenge Thomas Jefferson Science & Technology at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
