Football Recap: Neuqua Valley Takes a Loss

Neuqua Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 24-17 to the Naperville Central Redhawks. The Wildcats were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Redhawks apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2023.

Neuqua Valley's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Naperville Central, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Neuqua Valley will square off against rival Metea Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Naperville Central is set to take on their familiar foe Lincoln-Way East at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
