Volleyball Recap: El Dorado Extends Winning Streak to Three

El Dorado had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Wednesday. They blew past the Bradshaw Christian Pride 3-0. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent win being a 3-1 victory on April 8th.

The victory didn't come easy: Bradshaw Christian scored at least 21 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 26-24, 25-21.

Cadence Hoyt paced El Dorado's offense, picking up 19 kills. Hoyt got some help from Henry Metropulos and his 18 assists. Quinton Maciel controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

El Dorado's win bumped their record up to 17-10. As for Bradshaw Christian, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-11 record this season.

As of now, neither El Dorado nor Bradshaw Christian have any future games scheduled.
