Soccer Recap: Durfee's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Bridgewater-Raynham, Durfee was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Somerset Berkley Regional Raiders a 1-0 shutout. The win was some much needed relief for Durfee as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Durfee picked up their first home victory, bumping their record up to 2-4-1. As for Somerset Berkley Regional, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Durfee will head out to challenge Westport at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Somerset Berkley Regional, they will venture away from home to face off against Bourne at 3:45 p.m. on Monday.
