Soccer Recap: Copley Snaps Five-Game Streak of Losses at Home

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Louisville, Copley was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Barberton Magics a 1-0 shutout.

Copley's win ended a five-match drought at home and bumped them up to 5-9. As for Barberton, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-4-4.

Looking ahead, Copley will face off against Manchester at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Manchester's last four matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Barberton, they will square off against Perry at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
