Basketball Recap: South Hagerstown's Win Ends Three-Game Losing Streak at Home

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Williamsport, South Hagerstown was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They came out on top against the Smithsburg Leopards by a score of 65-56. This was payback for the Rebels, who suffered a 78-68 defeat the last time these two teams met.

South Hagerstown's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-7. As for Smithsburg, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-8.

It'll be Northside v. Southside when South Hagerstown and North Hagerstown meet at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. North Hagerstown will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something South Hagerstown surely won't give up without a fight. As for Smithsburg, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Catoctin at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Smithsburg is facing Catoctin at the right time seeing as Catoctin is stuck on a 12-game losing streak.
