Softball Recap: Sevier County Smoky Bears vs. Morristown-Hamblen West Trojans

Sevier County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They came up short against the Morristown-Hamblen West Trojans, falling 9-1. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Trojans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 10-0 back in March.

Sevier County saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Emma McClure, who went 2-for-3 with one RBI.

Sevier County's loss dropped their record down to 4-11. As for Morristown-Hamblen West, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-5.
