Springtown came tearing into Friday's matchup with five straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Midland Legacy Rebels. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Porcupines have posted since August 24, 2024.

Springtown was led to victory by Brooklynn Quintanilla and Brylee Pitts. Quintanilla had 12 digs, while Pitts had five digs and two aces. That's the most digs Pitts has posted since back in October of 2024.

Springtown's win bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Midland Legacy, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-2.

Springtown wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Mansfield Legacy on the 15th. As for Midland Legacy, they have also already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Midlothian on the 15th.
