Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Kennett). They walked away with a 78-65 win over the Perryville Pirates on Monday. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Indians as it put an end to their five-game losing streak.

Kennett's win was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 9-17. As for Perryville, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-15.

Looking ahead, Kennett will challenge Dexter at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Kennett will be up against Dexter's rather soft defense (which has allowed 55.44 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. Perryville does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
