Volleyball Recap: J.F. Webb Takes a Loss + How To Watch

J.F. Webb was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Seaforth Hawks. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Hawks this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

The final score came out to 25-16, 25-15, 25-9.

Alyssa Sarbaugh was the offensive standout of the contest as she had six assists and five aces. That's the most aces she has posted since back in September of 2024.

J.F. Webb now has a losing record of 9-10. As for Seaforth, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-6 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. J.F. Webb will take on rival Orange at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Seaforth is set to face off against their familiar foe South Granville at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
