Baseball Recap: Evergreen Comes Up Short

Evergreen lost to Mountain View on Monday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Plainsmen came up short against the Thunder, falling 17-1. The Plainsmen have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Evergreen saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Takeo Wong, who went 1-for-2 with one double.

Evergreen's defeat dropped their record down to 6-12. As for Mountain View, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 12-6.

While Evergreen had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
