Baseball Recap: Mays Has No Trouble Against Drew

Mays won the last time they faced Drew and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Raiders' pitcher stepped up to hand Drew a 15-0 shutout. That looming 15-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Raiders yet this season.

The team relied heavily on Christopher Willis, who scored three runs and stole three bases while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances. Those three runs gave him a new career-high. Tyson Williams was another key player, scoring a run and stealing three bases while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances.

Mays always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .657. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their OBP total in three consecutive matchups.
