Mercer County waltzed into their contest on Saturday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Plano Reapers.

Alivia Gillespie paced Mercer County's offense, picking up four kills. Gillespie were helped by Sarah Hofmann and Addison Tharp, who contributed five assists each. Rylee Bigham controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Mercer County now has a winning record of 15-14. As for Plano, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-18 record this season.

Mercer County has already played their next match, a 2-1 defeat against Princeton on the 11th. Plano has also already played their next contest (against Byron), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
