Basketball Recap: Lebron White Key Part of a Team Effort in Ravens Win

On Friday, the Academy of Science and Innovation Ravens didn't have too much trouble with the Rockville Rams as they won 58-43.

Academy of Science and Innovation got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Lebron White out in front who almost dropped a double-double on 14 points and nine rebounds. The dominant performance gave White a new career-high in boards. Ibrahim Sidik was another key player, almost dropping a double-double on 11 points and nine boards.

Academy of Science and Innovation now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Rockville, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 3-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Academy of Science and Innovation will face off against Hartford Magnet Trinity College Academy at 7:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025. As for Rockville, they will take on Coventry at 6:45 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
