Baseball Recap: Honoka'a Triumphs

While Honoka'a's victory against Ka'u wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Honoka'a Dragons narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Ka'u Trojans 8-6. The victory continues a trend for the Dragons in their matchups with the Trojans: they've now won seven in a row.

The win got Honoka'a back to even at 3-3. As for Ka'u, they are on a ten-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Coincidentally, Honoka'a and Ka'u will both be playing Kohala the next time they take the field. Ka'u will head out to face Kohala at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while Honoka'a will host them at 11:00 a.m. on March 22nd.
