Basketball Game Preview: Coolidge Yellowjackets vs. Oakwood Panthers

The Coolidge Yellowjackets will head out to take on the Oakwood Panthers at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

Coolidge saw some tournament action on Saturday. They managed a 54-50 victory over Granger.

Coolidge's win bumped their record up to 6-2.

As for Oakwood, they've got a clean slate this season. Last year, they finished on the wrong side of .500 (11-18), but they'll be hoping to turn things around this year.

Coolidge strolled past Oakwood in their previous meeting back in January by a score of 42-27. The rematch might be a little tougher for Coolidge since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
