            Volleyball Recap: McHenry Warriors vs. Mundelein Mustangs        
        
		
        
        
            It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact McHenry can now relate to. They fell  2-0 to the Mundelein Mustangs on Tuesday. The Warriors were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Mustangs apparently hadn't forgotten their  defeat the last time these teams played  back in October of 2021.
 Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9,  25-17.
 Kailys Bonni paced McHenry's offense, picking up five kills. Bonni got some help from   Player #2 and her nine assists. Player #2 was also solid from the service line:  she led the team with three aces.
McHenry has  been struggling recently as they've  lost 13 of their last 15 matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-26 record  this season. As for Mundelein, they are  on a roll lately: they've  won three of their last four contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 19-17 record  this season.
 McHenry does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Mundelein, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  matchup,  a  2-0  victory against Warren Township on the 30th.
