Softball Recap: Globe Takes a Loss

Globe fell victim to Valley Christian and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They came up short against the Valley Christian Trojans, falling 13-0. The Tigers haven't had much luck with the Trojans recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Globe now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Valley Christian, the win keeps them at an undefeated 8-0-1.

Looking ahead, Globe will head out on the road to face off against Payson at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Valley Christian, they will take on Mica Mountain in a tournament on Thursday. Valley Christian knows how to get runs on the board -- the squad has finished with ten runs or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully Mica Mountain likes a good challenge.
