The Thousand Oaks Lancers will challenge the Oaks Christian Lions at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

On Tuesday, Thousand Oaks took a blow against Agoura, falling 37-6. While losing is never fun, the Lancers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California flag football rankings (they are ranked 248th, while the Chargers are ranked 56th).

Meanwhile, after soaring to 43 points the game before, Oaks Christian was a bit more limited in their game on Wednesday. They lost 39-13 to Westlake.

Thousand Oaks now has a losing record of 8-9-1. As for Oaks Christian, their defeat was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-10.
