Softball Recap: Sheffield Comes Up Short

Sheffield was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 34th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 15-0 to the Colbert County Indians. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Indians this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 19-0 back in March.

Sheffield's defeat dropped their record down to 0-14. As for Colbert County, the win got them back to even at 8-8-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sheffield will venture away from home to take on Mars Hill Bible at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Colbert County, they will take on Colbert Heights at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
