Baseball Recap: Seaholm Comes Up Short

Seaholm was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 8-5 to Seaholm/Groves, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. If Seaholm was looking for revenge after losing 6-0 to Seaholm/Groves when the teams met back in May of 2025, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Seaholm's loss dropped their record down to 5-12-3. As for Seaholm/Groves, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-5 record this season.

Seaholm has already played their next game, an 18-2 victory against Groves on the 28th. Hopefully Seaholm/Groves paid attention to Seaholm's contest: the next time they hit the field , they'll take on Seaholm at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
