League recap: Imhotep Charter tops Prep Charter to extend winning streak

Imhotep Charter extended the longest winning streak in Philadelphia Public - AA this week by beating Prep Charter, 47-0. The victory was the eighth in a row for the Panthers.

Thanks to the talents of Andre Dreuitt and Eerin Young Imhotep Charter has been able to do all sorts of things on offense. Dreuitt leads the league in passing with 670 yards, while Young has rushed for 795 yards this season. Prep Charter's John Graham leads the league in receiving yards with 315 on 21 catches.

A big matchup in the league this week will be when Albie Crosby's team takes on Communications Tech. At the moment, the Panthers are in first, while Communications Tech is in fourth.

The top two defenses in the league will face off this season when Imhotep Charter takes on Communications Tech. The Panthers have allowed 35 points this season, while Communications Tech has given up 117. Imhotep Charter allowed 0 points last week as it bested Tony Beaty's team.

The Panthers led the league in scoring this week after putting up 47 points on Prep Charter. David Williams ran for 202 yards and caught one passes for 15 yards in the win.
